Support for hospital & community radio during COVID-19
During these uncertain times we want to help hospital radio and community radio stations stay on air by offering the use of our calendar facility for free for six months. If needed, you can also have this feed a schedule on your website with the simple inclusion of some Javascript.
Free Calendar Planning Tool for Hospital & Community Radio Stations
The calendar section of the Media Operations System allows presenters to sign up to shows and see which still need covering.
For any station being able to spot the gaps in the schedule is an incredibly useful tool, and even more important if you have Ofcom key commitments to fulfil.
Once shows are added, presenters and staff can sign up to take part in the shows and add information about the show to be displayed.

Website Schedule
The advantage of using the calendar is it can be used to populate a dynamic schedule on your website that your listeners can see, which is updated whenever changes are made in the calendar meaning that your website schedule is always showing the latest information.
Who Can Apply?
This offer is applicable to any hospital radio station that is a member of the Hospital Broadcasting Association and any community radio station that is a member of the Community Media Association.
